This is a small collection of photos from my time in Vietnam. I have been photographing since I was photo editor for my high school’s yearbook. These days I mostly photograph with a Rolleiflex 2.8e, built in the 1950s, because it allows for discretion and simplicity when in busy environments. The novelty of an old film camera always garners curiosity, and the waist-level viewfinder comes across as less threatening. I have always enjoyed photography as a way to be more immersed in my travel experiences, and to learn more about the environments around me.
